So if you get a chance go and check out some of the music videos here. These girls have amazing voices and do some fantastic covers. I haven’t had a chance to find out too much about them yet but will later on. Hope you enjoy their music.

What happened to my Easter?

So it is Good Friday pretty much everywhere in the world except for here in Korea. It seems that even though there are so many churches of various types they don’t really celebrate any of the holidays and special occasions that I knew when I was growing up.

Today I am seeing pictures from all my friends and family back in Australia having a beautiful sunny Good Friday while I am stuck here at school. I guess I am just missing the way things were.

I can’t be the only one …

So today for our school lunch we had rice (of course), sweet pumpkin soup, hamburger steak with sauce, salad, radish kimchi and some small white dinner rolls.

I took one look at the menu and and grabbed an extra roll and sat down with the other teachers. Now if you had hamburger steak, salad and rolls what would you make?

So I proceeded to cut open my rolls and deck out some __________ for lunch.
While I am doing this the other teacher are all

When I showed them that I was making _________ they all thought it was a good idea.

So what was I making? Mini Hamburgers of course! How could i have been the only one to see that potential?

BTW - Mini hamburgers with radish kimchi are full of win (^ ^)v

Happy Lunar New Year everyone.

This year I didn’t get the chance to do some of the things that I wanted in time for New Years, but then I relized I had a second chance to do it for LNY (Lunar New Year). Another nice thing about living in Korea.

Here’s to the new year and to new begings. I hope that the Dragon treats you well.
